Delivery
Because every edition is made individually, your confirmation will include the current production window. Timing begins after the necessary story material has been received.
Revisions
One reasonable revision round for factual corrections and small wording adjustments is included. A new concept, substantial new material or full redesign may require an additional quote.
Refunds
You may request cancellation before creative work begins. Once writing or design has started, the personalized nature of the work means payments are non-refundable.
Your privacy
Your memories and contact details are used only to create and deliver your story, provide requested support and operate the service. Your story is not published or sold.
Personal use
The finished book is for your family’s personal use. You may save, share and print it privately; commercial resale or redistribution is not included.
